Welcome to the BB Gårda meetings!

A free meeting where you can meet other families who are part of BB Gårda – both before and after the birth. Families who are about to give birth, families who have already given birth and those who come here for breastfeeding help or support with colic problems, for example, gather here. Often older siblings, grandparents also come along. There is room for everyone here. Everyone is part of the big BB Gårda family.

What happens at the meeting?

Many people are happy to share their birth stories and you are welcome to ask questions about everything related to pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, massage, parenting groups and our activities.

During the meeting, you are also welcome to look around our different rooms and get a feel for the environment. Many people appreciate seeing the place where they may soon give birth.

There will also always be time for a coffee break on our sofas, a cup of coffee or tea makes the meeting extra pleasant.

Is it safe to give birth here?

Yes – if you are healthy and have a normal pregnancy. Then BB Gårda is a safe and secure place to give birth.

During the meeting, we will go over how giving birth works with us and how we place both medical safety and psychological security high throughout the process.

Fredagskaffe för Birthworkers

Kom för att ge pepp och inspiration till kollegor – eller för att själv få en kram och en stund av gemenskap.

Kostar inget och är öppet för alla som arbetar med gravida och födande: barnmorskor, undersköterskor, doulor, läkare och studenter.

Come to give encouragement and inspiration to colleagues – or to get a hug and a moment of community yourself.

Free of charge and open to everyone who works with pregnant women and childbirth: midwives, nurses, doulas, doctors and students.
