Welcome to discuss what you need before or after a birth. You can meet us on site at BB Gårda or choose a digital meeting.

Maybe you have things you are thinking about about your last birth? Or do you want to make a good plan for an upcoming one? It doesn't matter where you have planned to give birth to your child. Everyone is welcome.

This is also an opportunity for those of you who have had a previous traumatic birth experience that you feel affects you today, we can go through your previous birth story and help sort out concepts or events from before.

Or you need a visit for something specific, such as a position check, possible tips on Spinning Baby exercises, maturation acupuncture or other. We are available for both those of you who are planning to give birth with us and those who are planning to give birth in hospital.

Cost: 1500 SEK / approx. 60 minutes
