I am a senior midwife with 6 children and 4 grandchildren, and a truly amazing husband, Martin, who is the driving force behind the continued growth and development of Barnmorsketeamet. I own and manage BMT together with Cita, who is a real star.

I am passionate about seeing families grow together and as individuals when they are supported in giving birth on their own terms.

We are the family's servants through our profession.

I am passionate about ensuring that the midwifery profession thrives and evolves, and that childbirth is recognized as a social and life-transforming event that is honored by society.

Midwife

I have been a midwife in soul and heart since childhood. I am one of the senior members of the team, leading and owning it together with Johanna—my fearless 'wingman,' with whom I always feel secure.

I have always been passionate about and worked to increase understanding and trust in physiological childbirth, whether I am meeting with expectant parents, future families, those in labor, colleagues, or other staff.

I have 4 adult children, 1 grandchild, and am strongly supported by my fantastic midwife husband, Henrik, who always understands that a birth takes precedence over everything else.

I look forward to seeing more colleagues witness the true power of childbirth. It is you, the families, who will show and teach the new midwives in the team. I am excited about this! It has the potential to change the future.
